Introduction of Integrated SaaS Solution

Drove the end-to-end RFP process to select a SaaS loyalty platform aligned with business objectives. Delivered a solution that expanded the active contactable customer base, introduced new engagement features, and simplified the IT ecosystem to enable scalability and faster time-to-market.

Points Awarding

Modernized the legacy points-awarding system by delivering a real-time, API-driven solution. Enhanced customer experience through instant loyalty point accrual and enabled seamless integration with digital touchpoints.

Reward Catalogue

Launched a modern e-commerce redemption capability, enabling customers to redeem a wide range of digital and physical rewards. Increased engagement by delivering instant gratification and expanding the value proposition of loyalty points.

Subscriptions

Delivered a seamless subscription experience for fuel, EV charging, and car wash services, enabling customers to sign up and manage plans without leaving their vehicles. Increased brand loyalty by positioning Shell sites as a one-stop mobility hub with bundled, cost-saving offerings.

Digital Stamps

Introduced a digital stamps tracker that rewards customers with multiple benefits for repeat visits to Shell sites. Increased retention and engagement by gamifying the experience and offering tangible rewards for loyalty.
